You started your business

because you have something valuable to offer.

Your focus should be serving your clients, growing your business, and doing what you do best.

At LYP Bookkeeping, we believe every business owner deserves access to accurate financial information and a qualified bookkeeping professional who understands their business.

Whether you're a contractor, coach, cleaning company, real estate professional, mortgage broker, consultant, or another service-based business, we help connect you with experienced bookkeeping professionals who provide the financial clarity you need to make confident business decisions.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL OF YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION

One of the biggest ways LYP Bookkeeping is different is that you own your bookkeeping software and your financial data.

Many bookkeeping and accounting firms create bookkeeping accounts under their own company, which can make it difficult to transition if your business needs change.

We don't believe that is the right approach.

Your bookkeeping software is created in your name. You own the subscription, you control access, and your financial history always belongs to you.

YOUR DEDICATED BOOKKEEPING PROFESSIONAL

When you work with LYP Bookkeeping, you gain access to a qualified bookkeeping professional who gets to know you and your business.

Rather than trying to manage your bookkeeping alone, you have a professional who understands your financial information, your goals, and how you like to work.

Your bookkeeping professional will meet with you every month to review your financial reports, including your Profit & Loss, so you understand what is happening inside your business.

All of our bookkeeping professionals:

  • Have a degree in accounting or finance

  • Are QuickBooks and/or Xero certified or experienced with other bookkeeping software platforms

  • Have a minimum of three years of small business bookkeeping experience

  • Sign confidentiality agreements with the clients they work with

Confidentiality is an important part of building trust. Your bookkeeping professional becomes a trusted part of your team, helping you maintain organized financial records and gain clarity in your business.
